CAO emphasizes on bottom up participatory and integrated development frame work basing target group development approach but it also implements activities following community-based approaches in special cases. Our emphasis the fullest participation of the people in every development effort at all levels and initiatives and also join venture project for the people’s development.
Beneficiaries
CAO works for the vulnerable, disadvantaged and hard to reach communities. The adult eligible members, adolescents and children of the marginal and disadvantaged families are the active development participants of the organization. The selection criteria and followed for the enrolment and selection of target beneficiaries are as below. .
The members are selected from the following categories of families on the basis of the target criteria

• Total orphans
• Children with one parent.
• Children dropped out of school
• Children and youth without scholastic materials
• Youth dropped out of school
• Teenage mothers
• Women in the community with low incomes
• HIV/AIDS affected youth
• Refugees
